OpenCallbook is provided free of charge, as-is, under the Apache 2.0 license.

Use of the API

• Anonymous traffic is rate-limited to 60 requests per minute per IP.
• Higher rate limits are available with an API key. Bulk crawling is not supported.
• Don't use the data to spam licensees or for any purpose that violates the FCC's own terms for the ULS public release.

No warranty

The service and data are provided as-is. License records reflect the FCC's most recent weekly dump and may lag the FCC's live system by up to a week. Don't rely on this data for legal or compliance purposes — verify with the FCC's official ULS system at wireless2.fcc.gov.

Attribution

If you build on OpenCallbook, a link back is appreciated but not required. Credit the FCC ULS where applicable.
